Apple Heading for $156

The economics for Apple subject a pullback to around $156 by the end of the month and then $150 immediately following the WWDC conference. Trend lines then show signs of an uptrend for the next month or so when global iPhone and Mac sales destroy market estimates.

The current situation is driven by a low market and the fear of an over bullish jump in apple stock I wouldn't expect apple to stay down so now is a wonderful buying opportunity.

Recommendation: (Buy)
At Price: $160

You don't have to but it would help me pay for my teaching degree if you all clicked on both ads. I have to make $2871 to pay off the summer semester and I'm only at $87 right now.

ITX - C7

The new ITX Motherboard and CPU's may become a treat to both AMD and Intel.
While the fully integrated boards are still subpar to that of intel they are also a great deal cheaper to produce. With a standard C7 costing around $250 for a pc that messures in under 1ft Cubed.

I just bought myself one myself as a server/nework drive for my home wifi network.
The device preforms behond expectations and does a wonderful job as a Blueray Player/Server/and Network Drive for my Media Center.

WindowsXP will be sold until 2010

The iPhone is a Viral marketing weapon

The iPhone is a Viral marketing weapon, it makes for exponential growth!

When the 3G is unleashed globally - It seems that it will be on a non-exclusive basis. The device will likely generate a wave of international free hype and an impact on people that will bring in a lot of new Mac sales altogether, people will be bought on Apple's ecossystem.

- in every household, there is one maybe two computers but how many phones are there? What I'm saying is that the iPhone by being an handheld computer, more powerful than 1984's iMacs and cheaper than most MIDs and notebooks, is a case of personal power and it'll be sold maybe 4 to 5 times as many comparatively to Macs. Howver, many people who wouldn't dream of buying a Mac are dying to get their hands on an iPhone. So make that iPhone units sold will be 10x Mac units sold; - Apple will announce sooner or later - I say in WWDC - an iTablet / Newton. It'll sell like hotcakes, people will want to carry it on planes and trains, watch movies wherever they are etc.
- therefore I speculate that Apple's iPhone/iTouch business will quickly grow to be as big as the Mac business and double that in maybe one years time. I have no clue how long it will take, maybe we can have an idea after all iPhones deals are disclosed.

So, why do I say the iTouch family sales numbers will be double that of the Mac?
- Because there will be more people buying iTouches than Macs out of it being handheld and personal more accessible devices;
- Because the iTouch is going globally! I mean, how many Macs are currently sold in India?!

Meanwhile, I'm sure Steve will come up with a few even better ideas to make Apple and AAPL grow tremendously. But the dice are thrown, Apple has played the ecossystem and viral marketing game, it is already working and people are in awe as to why this company is not slowing down in the middle of a consumer contraction but actually expanding...

Apple Third Generation iPhone Release

Halo_IPhone

Jobs is taking the Halo effect global, this time using the G3 iPhone and a keynote at WWDC.
News was released regrading the fact that Jobs is set to make an announcement at the event. To many it suggests the release of the Third Generation iPhone. Also driving speculation is that fact that Apple reccently signed iPhone use agreements with a very large number of cell phone carriers around the world. Not to mention that Apple.com is currently sold out of the second gen models.

It's clear that apple is hoping to increase it marketing presence outside of the united states and we are about to see it explode onto the world stage. Id expect the halo effect of the New global G3 iPhone to quite substantial, and with this trend we may see a diversification in apples market focus. Certainly something that would help the company through the current economic situation in the united states. I'm predicting aapl's stock to hit $250 by July, and thats a conservative estimate.

Dell Steeps down on XPS, and Alienware steps umm sideways?

Dell is said to ditch multiple models of their high end XPS line, and in turn leaving the niche for Alienware a gaming brand which Dell acquired in 2006.

As for Alienware they are now planning on selling:
  • AMD 9550 Phenom X4 (2.2GHz)
  • 4GB RAM
  • ATI HD 3870 X2
This is a major switch for a brand famous for their support of the Intel/Nivida chipset and cpu/gpu's.
